Art. 46 Temporary award of the title of «State Secretary»

The Federal Council may temporarily award the title of «State Secretary» to persons in the Federal Administration who represent Switzerland on its behalf in high-level international negotiations.

Art. 46 Attribution temporaire du titre de secrétaire d’Etat

Le Conseil fédéral peut attribuer temporairement le titre de secrétaire d’Etat à des membres de l’administration fédérale lorsqu’il leur donne mandat de représenter la Suisse à des négociations internationales au plus haut niveau.
