Art. 41 Position

1 Each department has a general secretariat as its general administrative office. The general secretariat may also conduct other tasks.

2 The Secretary General is the department’s chief of staff.

1 Chaque département dispose d’un secrétariat général faisant office d’état-major général du département. Le secrétariat général peut également être chargé d’autres tâches.

2 Le secrétaire général est le chef de l’état-major du département.
