Art. 19 Commercial use of the archive records

1 The use of the archive records for commercial purposes requires authorisation.

2 Authorisation may be made subject to the contractual regulation of the scope of use and, if applicable, the participation of the Confederation in any profits made.

3 The Federal Council regulates the requirements, procedure and responsibilities for authorising and entering into contracts for the commercial use of archive records.

Art. 19 Utilisation des archives à des fins commerciales

1 L’utilisation des archives à des fins commerciales nécessite une autorisation.

2 Cette autorisation peut être subordonnée à la conclusion d’un contrat circonscrivant l’utilisation des archives et mentionnant une éventuelle participation de la Confédération aux gains.

3 Le Conseil fédéral règle les conditions, la procédure et les compétences d’octroi de l’autorisation et de la conclusion du contrat d’utilisation des archives à des fins commerciales.
