Art. 109a Exchange of information

A regular exchange of information shall take place between the FDJP and the Federal Administrative Court on the prioritisation and administrative processing of proceedings of first and second instance.

La hiérarchisation et les processus administratifs des procédures de première et de seconde instances font l’objet d’un échange d’informations régulier entre le DFJP et le Tribunal administratif fédéral.
