Art. 91 Transport of energy

1 The Confederation shall legislate on the transport and the supply of electrical energy.

2 The Confederation is responsible for legislation on transmission and distribution systems for the transport of liquid or gaseous fuels.

1 La Confédération légifère sur le transport et la livraison de l’électricité.

2 La législation sur les installations de transport par conduites de combustible ou de carburant liquides ou gazeux relève de la compétence de la Confédération.
