Art. 9 Protection against arbitrary conduct and principle of good faith

Every person has the right to be treated by state authorities in good faith and in a non-arbitrary manner.

Art. 9 Protection contre l’arbitraire et protection de la bonne foi

Toute personne a le droit d’être traitée par les organes de l’État sans arbitraire et conformément aux règles de la bonne foi.
