Art. 160 Right to submit initiatives and motions

1 Any Council member, parliamentary group, parliamentary committee or Canton has the right to submit an initiative to the Federal Assembly.

2 Council members and the Federal Council have the right to submit motions on business that is under discussion.

Art. 160 Droit d’initiative et droit de proposition

1 Tout membre de l’Assemblée fédérale, tout groupe parlementaire, toute commission parlementaire et tout canton peuvent soumettre une initiative à l’Assemblée fédérale.

2 Les membres de chacun des conseils et ceux du Conseil fédéral peuvent faire des propositions relatives à un objet en délibération.
