Art. 107 Weapons and war material

1 The Confederation shall legislate against misuse of weapons and their accessories and ammunition.

2 It shall legislate on the manufacture, procurement and sale of war material as well as the import, export and transit of such material.

Art. 107 Armes et matériel de guerre

1 La Confédération légifère afin de lutter contre l’usage abusif d’armes, d’accessoires d’armes et de munitions.

2 Elle légifère sur la fabrication, l’acquisition, la distribution, l’importation, l’exportation et le transit de matériel de guerre.
