Art. 50b Transitional Provision to the Amendment of 8 December 2022

1 The reporting duty under Article 3 paragraph 1 letters c and e in the version amended on 8 December 2022 must be met at the latest by 15 months after the Amendment comes into force.

2 The reporting offices must amend their regulations in accordance with Article 5 paragraph 5 and the technical specifications at the latest by 6 months after the Amendment comes into force and inform the reporting parties about this Amendment.

Art. 50b Übergangsbestimmung zur Änderung vom 8. Dezember 2022

1 Die Meldepflicht nach Artikel 3 Absatz 1 Buchstaben c und e in der Fassung der Änderung vom 8. Dezember 2022 ist spätestens 15 Monate nach Inkrafttreten zu erfüllen.

2 Die Meldestellen passen ihre Reglemente nach Artikel 5 Absatz 5 und die technischen Spezifikationen spätestens 6 Monate nach Inkrafttreten entsprechend an und informieren die Meldepflichtigen über diese Anpassung.
