Art. 53

1 The contesting of National Bank orders is governed by the provisions on the administration of federal justice.48

1bis The National Bank is entitled to appeal to the Federal Supreme Court.49

2 An action may be brought before the Federal Supreme Court in the event of disputes between the Confederation and the cantons regarding the agreement on the distribution of profits pursuant to Article 31.

Art. 53

1 Die Anfechtung von Verfügungen der Nationalbank richtet sich nach den Bestimmungen über die Bundesrechtspflege.48

1bis Die Nationalbank ist zur Beschwerde an das Bundesgericht berechtigt.49

2 Eine Klage an das Bundesgericht ist zulässig bei Streitigkeiten zwischen Bund und Kantonen betreffend die Vereinbarung über die Gewinnausschüttung nach Artikel 31.
