1 The prospectus for securities must contain the minimum information stipulated in Annexes 1–5. The contents of the prospectus for collective investment schemes are governed exclusively by Annex 6.
2 The sequence of sections indicated in the Annexes and the sequence within the sections are not binding.
3 The valuations contained in the prospectus are to be made in accordance with methods generally recognised in the relevant market. Any change in the method is to be indicated in the prospectus and is only permitted where there are legitimate grounds for so doing.

1 Der Prospekt für Effekten muss die Mindestangaben nach den Anhängen 1–5 enthalten. Der Prospektinhalt für kollektive Kapitalanlagen richtet sich ausschliesslich nach Anhang 6.
2 Die in den Anhängen angegebene Reihenfolge der Abschnitte und diejenige innerhalb der Abschnitte sind nicht bindend.
3 Im Prospekt enthaltene Bewertungen sind nach Methoden vorzunehmen, die im relevanten Markt allgemein anerkannt sind. Eine Änderung der Methode ist im Prospekt auszuweisen und nur in begründeten Fällen zulässig.
