Art. 13 Timing of information

(Art. 9 para. 1 FinSA)

Clients shall be informed in such a way that they have sufficient time to understand the information regarding the signing of the contract or the provision of the financial service.

Die Kundinnen und Kunden sind so zu informieren, dass ihnen genügend Zeit bleibt, um die Informationen mit Blick auf den Vertragsschluss oder auf die Erbringung der Finanzdienstleistung zu verstehen.
