Art. 20

1 Only holders of the federal diploma may be hired as officially sworn assayers with an Assay Office.

2 The assayer’s diploma shall be issued by the Central Office to candidates who pass the federal assayer’s diploma examination30, provided that they meet the personal requirements.

Art. 20

1 Als amtliche beeidigte Edelmetallprüfer dürfen bei einem Kontrollamt nur Inhaber des eidgenössischen Diplom für Edelmetallprüfer angestellt werden.

2 Das Diplom für Edelmetallprüfer wird beim Vorhandensein der persönlichen Voraussetzungen nach mit Erfolg abgelegter eidgenössischer Diplomprüfung für Edelmetallprüfer30 durch das Zentralamt ausgestellt.
