1 The Assay Office shall maintain a business log, which continuously records the arrival of articles to be processed, the processing itself and the return of the articles. Each job is given a control number.

1 Das Kontrollamt führt eine Geschäftskontrolle, worin fortlaufend der Eingang der ihm zur Behandlung übergebenen Waren, die Behandlung und die Rücksendung der Waren einzutragen ist. Jedes Geschäft wird mit einer Kontrollnummer versehen.

3 Über seine Einnahmen und Ausgaben hat das Kontrollamt ein Kassabuch zu führen.
4 Die von den Kontrollämtern zu verwendenden amtlichen Register, Bücher und Formulare werden vom Zentralamt aufgestellt und den Kontrollämtern zum Selbstkostenpreis abgegeben.
