Art. 12 Parts 1 and 2 of the examination

1 Parts 1 and 2 must be completed within the framework of the European qualifying examination conducted by the European Patent Office.

2 In exceptional circumstances, the Examination Committee may offer substitute examinations that are equivalent to Examination Papers A and B of the European qualifying examination.

Art. 12 Prüfungsteile 1 und 2

1 Die Prüfungsteile 1 und 2 sind im Rahmen der vom Europäischen Patentamt durchgeführten europäischen Eignungsprüfung zu absolvieren.

2 Bei Vorliegen ausserordentlicher Umstände kann die Prüfungskommission Ersatzprüfungen anbieten, die mit den Prüfungsaufgaben A und B der europäischen Eignungsprüfung gleichwertig sind.
