Art. 77a Principle

1 The Confederation shall within the limits of the approved credits provide subsidies to regional and branch specific projects aimed at improving sustainability in the use natural resources.

2 Subsidies are granted to the responsible agency provided:

a.
the measures planned in the project are coordinated with each other;
b.
the measures are expected to become self-supporting in the foreseeable future.

Art. 77a Grundsatz

1 Der Bund richtet im Rahmen der bewilligten Kredite Beiträge an regionale und branchenspezifische Projekte zu einer Verbesserung der Nachhaltigkeit in der Nutzung natürlicher Ressourcen aus.

2 Beiträge werden der verantwortlichen Trägerschaft gewährt, wenn:

a.
die im Projekt vorgesehenen Massnahmen aufeinander abgestimmt sind;
b.
die Massnahmen voraussichtlich in absehbarer Zeit selbsttragend sind.
