Art. 43 Licence holders’ self-evaluation and quality manual

¹ All holders of licences for radiation applications as specified in Article 41 paragraph 3 shall conduct an annual self-evaluation of their processes.

² They shall prepare a quality manual and present this at the audit.

³The quality manual must include a detailed description of at least the following points:

a.: competences and responsibilities;
b.: equipment available for examination and treatment;
c.: personnel training;
d.: measures to ensure compliance with requirements concerning the justification of individual applications (Art. 29);
e.: examination and treatment protocols and patient information;
f.: documentation of radiation doses (Art. 33);
g.: establishment and communication of diagnostic findings or treatment monitoring, data storage and data transfer;
h.: quality assurance;
i.: self-evaluation.

Art. 43 Eigenevaluation und Qualitätshandbuch der Bewilligungsinhaberinnen und -inhaber

¹ Sämtliche Inhaberinnen und Inhaber von Bewilligungen für Strahlenanwendungen nach Artikel 41 Absatz 3 führen jährlich eine Eigenevaluation ihrer Prozesse durch.

² Sie erstellen ein Qualitätshandbuch und legen dieses im Rahmen des Audits vor.

³ Das Qualitätshandbuch muss mindestens eine detaillierte Beschreibung der folgenden Punkte beinhalten:

a.: Zuständigkeiten und Verantwortlichkeiten;
b.: Gerätepark für Untersuchung und Behandlung;
c.: Personalschulung;
d.: Massnahmen zur Einhaltung der Vorschriften über die Rechtfertigung der individuellen Anwendung (Art. 29);
e.: Untersuchungs- und Behandlungsprotokolle und Patienteninformationen;
f.: Dokumentation der Strahlendosen (Art. 33);
g.: Befunderstellung und Befundkommunikation oder Behandlungskontrolle, Datenspeicherung und Datentransfer;
h.: Qualitätssicherung;
i.: Eigenevaluation.
