1 ENSI, Suva, the NEOC, the cantons and the participating laboratories shall make available to the FOPH the monitoring data generated and interpreted.
2 On the basis of the results of the sampling and measurement programme specified in Article 193, the FOPH shall assess the radiological situation. It shall calculate and assess the doses accumulated by the public. This is without prejudice, in emergency exposure situations, to the provisions of the CCMBO62.
3 The FOPH shall determine public radiation exposure in accordance with Annexes 3–6.
4 It shall prepare and publish an annual report on the monitoring data and the resultant radiation doses to the public.
1 Das ENSI, die Suva, die NAZ, die Kantone sowie die beteiligten Laboratorien stellen dem BAG die aus der Überwachung anfallenden Daten interpretiert zur Verfügung.
2 Basierend auf den Resultaten des Probenahme- und Messprogramms nach Artikel 193 beurteilt das BAG die radiologische Lage. Es berechnet und überprüft die von der Bevölkerung akkumulierten Dosen. Vorbehalten bleiben in Notfall-Expositionssituationen die Bestimmungen der VBSTB62.
3 Das BAG ermittelt die Strahlenexposition der Bevölkerung nach den Anhängen
3–6.
4 Es erstellt und veröffentlicht jährlich einen Bericht über die Ergebnisse der Überwachung und die daraus hervorgehenden Strahlendosen für die Bevölkerung.
