Art. 61a Reporting and controls

1 The canton shall report annually to the competent Federal Office on the use of the global compensatory payments.

2 The competent Federal Office shall verify by random sample:

a.
the implementation of individual measures in accordance with the programme goals;
b.
the use of the subsidies paid out.

Art. 61a Berichterstattung und Kontrolle

1 Der Kanton erstattet dem zuständigen Bundesamt jährlich Bericht über die Verwendung der globalen Abgeltungen.

2 Das zuständige Bundesamt kontrolliert stichprobenweise:

a.
die Ausführung einzelner Massnahmen gemäss den Programmzielen;
b.
die Verwendung der ausbezahlten Beiträge.
