3 All those responsible for enforcing this Act as well as experts and members of commissions and technical committees are bound by official secrecy.

4 Confidential information obtained in the implementation of this Act may be disclosed to foreign authorities and international organisations only if this is provided for in an international agreement, decisions of international organisations, or a federal act.107 The Federal Council regulates responsibilities and the procedure.108

3 Alle mit dem Vollzug dieses Gesetzes beauftragten Personen sowie Experten und Mitglieder von Kommissionen und Fachausschüssen unterstehen dem Amtsgeheimnis.

4 Vertrauliche Informationen, die beim Vollzug dieses Gesetzes erhoben werden, dürfen an ausländische Behörden und internationale Organisationen nur dann weitergegeben werden, wenn eine völkerrechtliche Vereinbarung, Beschlüsse internationaler Organisationen oder ein Bundesgesetz dies bestimmen.107 Der Bundesrat regelt die Zuständigkeiten und das Verfahren.108
