Art. 62f Transitional Provision to the Amendment of 11 March 2022

Biocidal products that are labelled in accordance with the previous law pursuant to Article 10 paragraph 3 letter b ChemO256 may be supplied to third parties until 31 December 2025.

Art. 62f Übergangsbestimmungen zur Änderung vom 11. März 2022

Biozidprodukte, die nach Artikel 10 Absatz 3 Buchstabe b ChemV256 nach bisherigem Recht gekennzeichnet sind, dürfen bis zum 31. Dezember 2025 an Dritte abgegeben werden.
