1 For biocidal products and for active substances for use in biocidal products, safety data sheets must be compiled, provided and updated in accordance with Articles 5 and 18–22 of the ChemO189 mutatis mutandis; where the ChemO refers to the manufacturer, this shall be understood for the purposes of this Ordinance as the authorisation holder.190
2 For active substances included in the lists specified in Article 9 paragraph 1 letters a–c, the exposure scenarios referred to in Article 20 paragraph 2 of the ChemO need not be attached.

1 Für Biozidprodukte und für Wirkstoffe zur Verwendung in Biozidprodukten müssen Sicherheitsdatenblätter sinngemäss nach den Artikeln 5 und 18–22 ChemV189 erstellt, übermittelt und aktualisiert werden; wo in der ChemV von der Herstellerin die Rede ist, ist darunter für diese Verordnung die Inhaberin der Zulassung zu verstehen.190
2 Die Expositionsszenarien nach Artikel 20 Absatz 2 ChemV müssen für Wirkstoffe, die in den Listen nach Artikel 9 Absatz 1 Buchstaben a–c aufgeführt sind, nicht beigefügt werden.
