Art. 13e Record-keeping requirements for research and development

¹ Anyone who, for purposes of research and development, handles unauthorised biocidal products or non-approved active substances for use in biocidal products must keep records detailing the following:

a.: identity of the biocidal products or active substances;
b.: labelling data;
c.: quantities supplied;
d.: name and address of the person receiving the biocidal products or active substances;
e.: all available data concerning possible effects on humans, animals or the environment.

² The records shall be made available to the Notification Authority on request.

³ The Notification Authority may, if necessary, request further information.

Art. 13e Aufzeichnungspflicht für die Forschung und Entwicklung

¹ Wer mit Biozidprodukten, die nicht zugelassen sind, oder mit nicht genehmigten Wirkstoffen zur Verwendung in Biozidprodukten zu Forschungs- und Entwicklungszwecken umgeht, muss folgende Aufzeichnungen führen:

a.: Identität der Biozidprodukte oder der Wirkstoffe;
b.: Angaben zur Kennzeichnung;
c.: gelieferte Mengen;
d.: Name und Adresse der Person, welche die Biozidprodukte oder die Wirkstoffe erhalten hat;
e.: alle verfügbaren Angaben über mögliche Auswirkungen auf Mensch, Tier und Umwelt.

² Die Aufzeichnungen sind der Anmeldestelle auf Anfrage zur Verfügung zu stellen.

³ Die Anmeldestelle kann bei Bedarf weitere Informationen einfordern.
