Art. 10 Amendment of the active substance lists

The FOPH, in consultation with the FOEN and SECO, shall amend:71

a.
Annexes 1–3;
b.
the reference in Article 7 paragraph 1 letter b to the list of notified active substances.

Art. 10 Anpassung der Wirkstofflisten

Das BAG passt im Einvernehmen mit dem BAFU und dem SECO an:71

a.
die Anhänge 1–3;
b.
den Verweis in Artikel 7 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b auf die Liste der notifizierten Wirkstoffe.
