Art. 99 Repeal of other legislation

The following ordinances are repealed:

1.: the Medical Devices Ordinance of 17 October 2001¹³³;
2.: the Ordinance of 22 June 2006¹³⁴ on the List of Prescription Medical Devices.

Art. 99 Aufhebung anderer Erlasse

Die folgenden Erlasse werden aufgehoben:

1.: die Medizinprodukteverordnung vom 17. Oktober 2001¹³³;
2.: die Verordnung vom 22. Juni 2006¹³⁴ betreffend die Liste der verschreibungspflichtigen Medizinprodukte.
