Art. 19c

Any person who wilfully incites or attempts to incite another to consume narcotics without authorisation is liable to a fine.

Art. 19c

Wer jemanden zum unbefugten Betäubungsmittelkonsum vorsätzlich anstiftet oder anzustiften versucht, wird mit Busse bestraft.
