Art. 56 Organisation and coordination

1 The cantons shall organise and coordinate activities relating to transplantation in:

a.
hospitals that care for donors;
b.
transplant centres.

2 In particular, they shall ensure that at each of these hospitals and at the transplant centres:

a.
one person is responsible for local coordination;
b.33
the necessary continuing education and training programmes for the medical staff are provided.

3 The person responsible for local coordination shall ensure in particular that:

a.
donors and their families receive appropriate care;
b.
donors are reported to the national organ allocation office (Art. 22).

Art. 56 Organisation und Koordination

1 Die Kantone organisieren und koordinieren die mit einer Transplantation zusammenhängenden Tätigkeiten in:

a.
Spitälern, in denen Spenderinnen und Spender betreut werden;
b.
den Transplantationszentren.

2 Sie sehen insbesondere vor, dass in jedem dieser Spitäler und in den Transplantationszentren:

a.
eine Person für die lokale Koordination zuständig ist;
b.33
die erforderlichen Weiterbildungsprogramme für das medizinische Personal durchgeführt werden.

3 Die für die lokale Koordination zuständige Person sorgt insbesondere dafür, dass:

a.
die Spenderinnen und Spender sowie ihre Angehörigen angemessen betreut werden;
b.
die Spenderinnen und Spender der Nationalen Zuteilungsstelle gemeldet werden (Art. 22).
