Art. 90 Data delivery by the FDFA

(Art. 69g RTVA)

The FDFA shall provide the collection agency with the data required to collect the fee under Article 67a at the latest 18 months after this provision comes into force.

Das EDA stellt der Erhebungsstelle die zur Erhebung der Abgabe notwendigen Daten nach Artikel 67a spätestens 18 Monate nach Inkrafttreten dieser Bestimmung zur Verfügung.
