Art. 80a Implementation

(Art. 103 and 104 para. 2 RTVA)99

1 DETEC shall issue the technical and administrative regulations.

2 OFCOM may enter into international agreements on technical or administrative content which fall within the scope of this Ordinance.100

3 It may represent the Confederation in international bodies.101

Art. 80a Vollzug

(Art. 103 und 104 Abs. 2 RTVG)99

1 Das UVEK erlässt die administrativen und technischen Vorschriften.

2 Das BAKOM kann internationale Vereinbarungen technischen oder administrativen Inhalts abschliessen, die in den Anwendungsbereich dieser Verordnung fallen.100

3 Das BAKOM kann den Bund in internationalen Gremien vertreten.101
