1 The balances of the shares of the fees received by the Confederation in accordance with Article 68a and Article 109a paragraphs 1 and 2 RTVA are shown in an account on the Confederation’s balance sheet.55
2 OFCOM shall publish the revenue and the manner of use of the shares of fees in accordance with paragraph 1.
3 Unused revenue shall be taken into account when next determining the level of the fee tariff.56

1 Die Saldi der vom Bund eingenommenen Abgabenanteile nach den Artikeln 68a und 109a Absätze 1 und 2 RTVG werden in der Bilanz des Bundes ausgewiesen.55
2 Das BAKOM veröffentlicht den Ertrag und die Verwendung der Abgabenanteile nach Absatz 1.
3 Nicht verwendeter Ertrag wird bei der nächsten Festlegung der Höhe der Abgabetarife berücksichtigt.56
