(Art. 19 RTVA)
OFCOM shall ensure the collection and processing of data and the other statistical work that is necessary to produce the statistics in accordance with Article 19 paragraph 1 RTVA (broadcasting statistics). It coordinates the work in application of the Ordinance of 30 June 199346 on the Organisation of Federal Statistics with the Federal Statistical Office and cooperates with the latter.

Das BAKOM stellt die Erhebung und Bearbeitung der Daten und die weiteren statistischen Arbeiten sicher, die für die Erstellung der Statistik nach Artikel 19 Absatz 1 RTVG (Rundfunkstatistik) erforderlich sind. Es koordiniert die Arbeiten in Anwendung der Verordnung vom 30. Juni 199346 über die Organisation der Bundesstatistik mit dem Bundesamt für Statistik und arbeitet mit diesem zusammen.
