1 Participation in a different enterprise is subject to the obligation to notify if a licensed broadcaster owns at least 20 per cent, or in the case of a non-licensed broadcaster at least one third, of the share capital, registered capital, cooperative capital, or the voting rights of an enterprise.
2 All changes in the holdings which are subject to the obligation to notify in accordance with para. 1 must also be notified.
3 Notification must take place within one month.
4 Non-licensed broadcasters whose annual operating costs do not exceed CHF 1 million are exempt from the obligation to notify.35

1 Die Beteiligung an einem anderen Unternehmen ist meldepflichtig, wenn ein konzessionierter Veranstalter mindestens 20 Prozent bzw. ein nicht konzessionierter Veranstalter mindestens einen Drittel des Aktien-, Stamm- oder Genossenschaftskapitals oder der Stimmrechte eines Unternehmens besitzt.
2 Zu melden sind auch alle Veränderungen der nach Absatz 1 meldepflichtigen Beteiligungen.
3 Die Meldung hat innert eines Monats zu erfolgen.
4 Ausgenommen von der Meldepflicht sind nicht konzessionierte Veranstalter mit einem jährlichen Betriebsaufwand von höchstens 1 Million Franken.35
