Art. 17 Political advertising

(Art. 10 para. 1 let. d RTVA)

1 Any group which takes part in popular elections is considered to be a political party.

2 Political offices are offices to which persons are appointed by popular elections.

3 The prohibition on advertising relating to matters that are the subject of a popular vote applies from the moment of publication of the date of the vote by the competent authority.

Art. 17 Politische Werbung

(Art. 10 Abs. 1 Bst. d RTVG)

1 Als politische Partei gilt eine an Volkswahlen teilnehmende Gruppierung.

2 Als politische Ämter gelten Ämter, die in Volkswahlen vergeben werden.

3 Das Werbeverbot für Themen, welche Gegenstand einer Volksabstimmung sind, gilt ab dem Zeitpunkt der Bekanntgabe des Abstimmungstermins durch die zuständige Behörde.
