Preamble

The Swiss Federal Council,

on the basis of Articles 21a paragraph 2, 22 paragraph 5, 31 paragraph 1, 32, 32a, 33 paragraph 2, 34 paragraph 1ter, 59 paragraph 3, 62 and 64 paragraph 2 of the Telecommunications Act of 30 April 19971 (TCA),
and in implementation of the Federal Act of 6 October 19952 on Technical Barriers to Trade (TBTA),3

ordains:

Der Schweizerische Bundesrat,

gestützt auf die Artikel 21a Absatz 2, 22 Absatz 5, 31 Absatz 1, 32, 32a, 33 Absatz 2, 34 Absatz 1ter, 59 Absatz 3, 62 und 64 Absatz 2 des Fernmeldegesetzes vom 30. April 19971 (FMG),
in Ausführung des Bundesgesetzes vom 6. Oktober 19952 über die technischen Handelshemmnisse (THG),3
