Art. 41 Fixing and collection of fees

The Federal Council shall regulate the detailed arrangements for the collection of fees and the financing of the universal service and fix the amount of the fees for radiocommunications licences and the administrative charges.

Art. 41 Festlegung und Erhebung der Abgaben

Der Bundesrat regelt die Abgabenerhebung; er legt die Einzelheiten der Finanzierung der Grundversorgung, die Funkkonzessionsgebühren und die Verwaltungsgebühren fest.
