Art. 48 Information Request Type IR_21_TECH: Technical data

1 Information Request Type IR_21_TECH comprises the provision of technical data relating to telecommunications systems and network elements, in particular the location data for mobile radio cells and public WLAN access points.

2 The location data comprise:

a.
the identifiers of network elements (e.g. CGI, ECGI, SAI, RAI, TAI, BSSID) and the geographical coordinates or other details of the location in accordance with international standards;
b.
if applicable, the postal address of the location;
c.
if applicable, the main directions of emission of the antennae; and
d.
if applicable, other available location features.

3 The request for information shall specify the period to which the request relates. It shall contain at least one of the following query criteria:

a.
the geographical coordinates of the location of the network element;
b.
the identifier of the network element (e.g. CGI, ECGI, BSSID).

Art. 48 Auskunftstyp IR_21_TECH: Technische Daten

1 Der Auskunftstyp IR_21_TECH umfasst die Lieferung von technischen Daten von Fernmeldesystemen und Netzelementen, insbesondere der Standortangaben von Mobilfunkzellen und öffentlichen WLAN-Zugangspunkten.

2 Die Standortangaben bestehen aus:

a.
den Identifikatoren der Netzelemente (z.B. CGI, ECGI, SAI, RAI, TAI, BSSID) sowie den geografischen Koordinaten oder anderen Angaben zum Standort gemäss internationalen Standards;
b.
gegebenenfalls, der Postadresse des Standorts;
c.
gegebenenfalls, den Hauptstrahlungsrichtungen der Antennen; und
d.
gegebenenfalls, anderen vorhandenen Standortmerkmalen.

3 Das Auskunftsgesuch präzisiert, auf welchen Zeitraum sich die Anfrage bezieht. Es enthält mindestens eines der folgenden Anfragekriterien:

a.
die geografischen Koordinaten des Standorts des Netzelementes;
b.
den Identifikator des Netzelementes (z.B. CGI, ECGI, BSSID).
