Art. 39 Information Request Type IR_9_NAT: Information on NAT translation procedures

1 Information Request Type IR_9_NAT comprises the following information for the purpose of identification in connection with NAT translation procedures if required for identification:

a.
the source IP address before or after the NAT translation procedure, as the case may be;
b.
the source port number before or after the NAT translation procedure, as the case may be.

2 The request for information shall contain the following information about the NAT translation procedure:

a.
the source IP address after or before the NAT translation procedure, as the case may be;
b.
the source port number after or before the NAT translation procedure, as the case may be;
c.
if required for identification, the public destination IP address;
d.
if required for identification, the destination port number;
e.
the type of the transport protocol;
f.
the date and time of the NAT translation procedure.

Art. 39 Auskunftstyp IR_9_NAT: Auskünfte über NAT‑Übersetzungsvorgänge

1 Der Auskunftstyp IR_9_NAT umfasst die folgenden Angaben zum Zweck der Identifikation im Zusammenhang mit NAT-Übersetzungsvorgängen falls für die Identifikation notwendig:

a.
die Quell-IP-Adresse vor beziehungsweise nach dem NAT-Übersetzungsvorgang;
b.
die Quell-Portnummer vor beziehungsweise nach dem NAT-Übersetzungsvorgang.

2 Das Auskunftsgesuch enthält die Angaben über den NAT-Übersetzungsvorgang:

a.
die Quell-IP-Adresse nach beziehungsweise vor dem NAT-Übersetzungsvorgang;
b.
die Quell-Portnummer nach beziehungsweise vor dem NAT-Übersetzungsvorgang;
c.
falls für die Identifikation notwendig, die öffentliche Ziel-IP-Adresse;
d.
falls für die Identifikation notwendig, die Ziel-Portnummer;
e.
den Typ des Transportprotokolls;
f.
den Zeitpunkt des NAT-Übersetzungsvorgangs nach Datum und Uhrzeit.
