Art. 26 Types of information in general

¹ The providers concerned shall provide the following types of information on telecommunications services or derived communications services:

a.

information on subscribers (Art. 35, 40, 42 and 43 together with Art. 27 in conjunction with Art. 35, 40, 42 and 43);

b.

information on services (Art. 36–39 and 41);

c.

other information:

1.: information on the method of payment (Art. 44),
2.: requests for copies of identity documents (Art. 45),
3.: requests for copies of invoices (Art. 46),
4.: requests for copies of contracts (Art. 47),
5.: information on technical data relating to telecommunications systems and network elements (Art. 48).

² The authorities may only request the information that providers are required to provide in accordance with the procedures defined in this Ordinance.

Art. 26 Auskunftstypen im Allgemeinen

¹ Die betreffenden Anbieterinnen erteilen die folgenden Typen von Auskünften über Fernmeldedienste oder abgeleitete Kommunikationsdienste:

a.

Auskünfte über Teilnehmende (Art. 35, 40, 42 und 43 sowie Art. 27 in Verbindung mit Art. 35, 40, 42 und 43);

b.

Auskünfte über Dienste (Art. 36–39 und 41);

c.

sonstige Auskünfte:

1.: Auskünfte über die Zahlungsweise (Art. 44),
2.: das Anfordern von Ausweiskopien (Art. 45),
3.: das Anfordern von Rechnungskopien (Art. 46),
4.: das Anfordern von Vertragskopien (Art. 47),
5.: Auskünfte über technische Daten von Fernmeldesystemen und Netzelementen (Art. 48).

² Informationen, zu welchen die Anbieterinnen nach Massgabe dieser Verordnung Auskunft erteilen müssen, dürfen von den Behörden nur in dem in dieser Verordnung vorgesehenen Verfahren angefragt werden.
