Art. 14 Interface with the police information systems of the Federal Office of Police

1 The data contained in the processing system may be copied to the information systems referred to in Articles 10, 12 and 13 of the Federal Act of 13 June 200826 on the Federal Police Information Systems (FPISA) using the online access, provided:

a.
the applicable law allows data processing in these systems; and
b.
it is ensured that only those persons responsible for the relevant proceedings have access to the data.

2 The data may only be transmitted by a person who has access rights to the processing system pursuant to this Act and to the relevant information system pursuant to the FPISA.

Art. 14 Schnittstelle zum polizeilichen Informationssystem-Verbund des Bundesamtes für Polizei

1 Die im Verarbeitungssystem enthaltenen Daten können im Abrufverfahren in die Informationssysteme nach den Artikeln 10, 12 und 13 des Bundesgesetzes vom 13. Juni 200826 über die polizeilichen Informationssysteme des Bundes (BPI) kopiert werden, sofern:

a.
das anwendbare Recht die Datenbearbeitung in diesen Systemen erlaubt; und
b.
sichergestellt ist, dass nur die mit dem betreffenden Verfahren befassten Personen Zugriff auf die Daten haben.

2 Die Übermittlung kann nur von einer Person ausgelöst werden, die über Zugriffsrechte auf das Verarbeitungssystem nach diesem Gesetz und auf das betreffende Informationssystem nach dem BPI verfügt.
