1 The Federal Council shall approve the structure plans and their amendments if they conform to this Act, and in particular take proper account of the activities by the Confederation and by neighbouring cantons that have a spatial impact.
2 The structure plans shall become legally binding on the Confederation and the neighbouring cantons only when approved by the Federal Council.
1 Der Bundesrat genehmigt die Richtpläne und ihre Anpassungen, wenn sie diesem Gesetz entsprechen, namentlich die raumwirksamen Aufgaben des Bundes und der Nachbarkantone sachgerecht berücksichtigen.
2 Für den Bund und die Nachbarkantone werden Richtpläne erst mit der Genehmigung durch den Bundesrat verbindlich.
