Art. 74a Deducting attestations from the emissions target

Emission reductions for which attestations in accordance with Articles 5 or 12 paragraph 2 have been issued shall be considered to be the greenhouse gas emissions of the installation operators concerned with a view to meeting the emissions target.

Art. 74 Anpassung des Massnahmenziels

1 Das BAFU passt das Massnahmenziel an, wenn sich die Treibhausgasemissionen der Anlagen wegen einer Änderung der Produktionsmenge oder des Produktemixes oder wegen eines Wärme- oder Kältebezugs von einem Dritten erheblich ändern.235

2 Es berücksichtigt bei der Anpassung die Kriterien nach Artikel 68 Absatz 3.
