Art. 23h

1 A nature discovery park is an area close to a densely populated area that offers unspoiled habitats to the indigenous flora and fauna and allows the general public to experience nature.

2 Within this framework, it shall also serve to promote environmental education.

3 It comprises:

a.
a core zone where nature is allowed to develop freely and to which the general public has only limited access;
b.
a transition zone where nature can be experienced and which acts as a buffer against harmful intrusions into the core zone.

Art. 23h

1 Ein Naturerlebnispark ist ein Gebiet, das in der Nähe eines dicht besiedelten Raumes liegt, der einheimischen Tier- und Pflanzenwelt unberührte Lebensräume bietet und der Allgemeinheit Naturerlebnisse ermöglicht.

2 In diesem Rahmen dient er auch der Umweltbildung.

3 Er besteht aus:

a.
einer Kernzone, in der die Natur sich selbst überlassen wird und die für die Allgemeinheit nur beschränkt zugänglich ist;
b.
einer Übergangszone, in der Naturerlebnisse ermöglicht werden und die als Puffer gegen schädliche Einwirkungen auf die Kernzone dient.
