Art. 17

If a site is no longer deemed worthy of protection, repayment of all or part of the subsidy provided may be requested.

Art. 17

Ist die Schutzwürdigkeit eines Objektes dahingefallen, so kann der geleistete Beitrag ganz oder teilweise zurückgefordert werden.
