Art. 12f

If the organisation is unsuccessful in the proceedings, it shall bear the costs of the appeal before the federal authorities.

Art. 12f

Unterliegt die Organisation im Verfahren, so werden ihr für die Beschwerdeführung vor Bundesbehörden die Kosten auferlegt.
