1 Any person who wilfully distributes for first showing a title to which a registered company has already acquired the rights for the same exhibition sector (Art. 19 para. 2) is liable to a fine.
2 If the infringement is repeated, the penalty is a fine of up to 100,000 francs.
1 Wer vorsätzlich einen Filmtitel zur Erstauswertung verleiht, an welchem ein registriertes Unternehmen bereits die Rechte für den gleichen Auswertungsbereich erworben hat (Art. 19 Abs. 2), wird mit Busse bestraft.
2 Wird die Widerhandlung wiederholt begangen, so ist die Strafe Busse bis zu 100 000 Franken.
