Art. 2 Object

This Act establishes:

a.
the allocation and use of the UID;
b.
the keeping and the use of the Business Identification Register (UID register);
c.
the allocation and use of the required administrative number in connection with the UID;
d.3
the allocation of a uniform international identifier «Legal Entity Identifier» (LEI) at the request of the UID entity.

Art. 2 Gegenstand

Dieses Gesetz regelt:

a.
die Zuweisung und Verwendung der UID;
b.
die Führung und Verwendung des Unternehmens-Identifikationsregisters (UID-Register);
c.
die Zuweisung und Verwendung der im Zusammenhang mit der UID erforderlichen Administrativnummer;
d.3
die Zuweisung der einheitlichen internationalen Identifikationsnummer «Legal Entity Identifier» (LEI) auf Verlangen der UID-Einheit.
