Preamble

The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,

based on the Articles 27sexies, 31quinquies paragraph 5 and 85 number 1
of the Federal Constitution1,
and having considered the Federal Council Dispatch dated 30 October 19912,

decrees:

1 [BS 1 3; AS 1973 1051, 1978 484]. The provisions mentioned are now Art. 64, 65, 100 and 164 para. 1 let. g of the Federal Constitution of 18 April 1999 (SR 101).

Präambel

Die Bundesversammlung der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft,

gestützt auf die Artikel 27sexies, 31quinquies Absatz 5 und 85 Ziffer 1
der Bundesverfassung1,
nach Einsicht in die Botschaft des Bundesrates vom 30. Oktober 19912,

beschliesst:

1 [BS 1 3; AS 1973 1051, 1978 484]. Den genannten Bestimmungen entsprechen heute Art. 64, 65, 100 und 164 Abs. 1 Bst. g der BV vom 18. April 1999 (SR 101).
