¹ The award contains details of:

a.

the composition of the arbitral tribunal;

b.

the location where the arbitral tribunal sits;

c.

the parties and their representatives;

d.

the parties' prayers for relief or, if none, the question to be decided;

e.

unless the parties have explicitly dispensed with this requirement: a statement of the facts, the legal considerations and, if applicable, the considerations in equity;

f.

the conclusions on the award on the merits, as well as the amount and allocation of the costs and party costs;

g.

the date of the award.

² The award must be signed; the signature of the chairperson suffices.
