Art. 381 Applicable law

1 The arbitral tribunal decides:

a.
according to the rules of law chosen by the parties; or
b.
based on equity, if the parties have authorised it to do so.

2 In the absence of such choice or authorisation, it shall decide according to the law that an ordinary court would apply.

Art. 380 Unentgeltliche Rechtspflege

Die unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist ausgeschlossen.
