Art. 366 Term of office

1 The parties may limit the term of office in the arbitration agreement or in a subsequent agreement.

2 The term of office within which the arbitral tribunal must issue its award may be extended:

a.
by agreement of the parties;
b.
at the request of a party or of the arbitral tribunal: by the ordinary court with jurisdiction under Article 356 paragraph 2.

Art. 365 Sekretariat

1 Das Schiedsgericht kann ein Sekretariat bestellen.

2 Die Artikel 363 Absatz 1 und 367–369 gelten sinngemäss.
